Wisconsin’s All-Payer Claims Database

The WHIO is Wisconsin’s All-Payer Claims Database (APCD) and the largest source of data and information about health care in Wisconsin. The WHIO Insights Hub includes commercial, self-funded employer, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage data. The WHIO’s Insights Hub includes all care settings (e.g., hospital, clinic. long term care), all services (e.g., laboratory, radiology, pharmacy), and all professionals (e.g., physicians, therapist, chiropractors) that are paid for by insurance companies.
